ToothBrushBuddy's sterilizing solution has been formulated to be tough on germs but gentle on your toothbrush. It might fade the bristles in some brushes over time, and should not be used with any brush where the bristles are held in place with metal clips but there is no danger of causing a nuclear reaction or anything like that.
