You probably don't need all this information but. ToothBrushBuddies come in two parts. The bottom is the bit that holds the sterilizing solution and the brush head. The top is the soft bit that grabs the toothbrush handle. Once it's out of its box you need to pull the soft, white part off the hard, coloured part. You do this by holding down the 'feet' on the coloured part whilst lifting the white part away by its 'ears' or 'shoulders' (we've never been able to agree on what part of the body they should be). Next, you pour in the sterilizing solution into the coloured base. How much you use will depend on how big your toothbrush's head is. Then you slide the white top back on. When you want to insert your toothbrush, simply place your thumb and forefinger on the shaped pads on the 'ears'. Or 'shoulders'. Now squeeze gently until the slit at the top opens up and insert your toothbrush into the centre. (illustrations from pack) If you have an electric toothbrush this is the point where you keep hold of the handle with one hand and grab the neck of your toothbrush (whilst it's inside the ToothBrushBuddy) with the other. You then pull the handle away from the head, leaving it to soak in the solution.
If your electric toothbrush doesn't have a detachable head then you will need to balance it in your ToothBrushBuddy. It's easy once you get used to it
